As a registered handyman business I am not a licenced contractor. This restricts the work I can accept.
A work request must be under $1500 including both materials and labor.
I cannot perform any work that requires a permit.
I cannot do major plumbing/electrical/HVAC works, however replacing faucets, lights, fans etc are generally ok.
